Why You Should Take Advantage of Our FREE 15 Minute 1-on-1
Have you ever been super excited to start an on-demand fitness program but then quit within a month or so because you were completely overwhelmed? Were you frustrated with the tech side of it? Did you miss that in-person connection? I totally get it - starting a new program can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone! I wanted to help all new subscribers to our virtual studio get off on the right foot and personally introduce myself, which is why I decided to offer a free 15 minute 1-on-1 where we meet via ZOOM to not only go over all the things, but also to get to know one another! Are you considering becoming an Online Barre Babe and curious why you should take advantage of our 1-on-1? Well let’s break it down!
1.) Set Yourself Up For Success. When starting anything new, it’s important to have a game plan! During our 1-on-1, we create a program catered just for you! We discuss your goals and intentions and find out exactly what you are looking to get out of your new fitness routine. Based off of that, I can suggest a practice and recommend what workouts you should start with and how often throughout a week you should do them. We also go over any modifications or alternative options for specific exercises if needed. Think of it as your very own fitness plan tailored specifically for you! It’s also a great time for us to go over all that you receive with your subscription so you get the most out of it (monthly livestream class, fun challenges, continuous support, exclusive Facebook group, and more!)
2.) Get to Know Your Way Around. Our on-demand library is extensive and ever-growing so it can be overwhelming for some to just dive right in. When we have our initial call, I can help you navigate the site and app and all the different offerings. One of my most favorite features to help our Barre Babes is the filter option which allows you to choose the exact kind of workout you are looking for that day! But the icing on the cake feature from our brand new app has got to be the fact that you can get the workouts casted on to your TV (hello life size version of Heather in your living room 😉)! I can help you step-by-step on how to figure that out during our 1-on-1!
3.) Make That Connection. Even though you will be working out from home (or your office, on vacation, or wherever), it is still important to me that you have that in-person connection. During our face-to-face ZOOM call, you will have the opportunity to get to know the face behind the screen and I can get the chance to get to know you! It’s a great way for me to learn more about why you chose BWYA and what you are looking for so I can better serve you in the future! And I want you to feel like you are working out with your BFF! You can ask any and all questions that you may have. It’s also a great time for me to tell you all about our amazing online community of Barre Babes and how you can connect with everyone and find the motivation and relationships we are all looking for!
After trying and cancelling multiple on-demand subscriptions myself, I knew that I wanted BWYA’s to be different and to offer what I felt most others were missing, which is why it was so important to me to provide a free 15 minute 1-on-1 for our new subscribers. It allows you set yourself up to succeed, get to know your way around and most importantly, feel like you are part of a community, because you are!
