All of our Barre classes are 50 minutes in length and are true to the BWYA method. Necessary props are minimal and easy at-home replacements can be used! If you don’t have your own but would like to, you can purchase Pilates Ball and Resistance Bands here!

We livestream all of our classes via ZOOM!
